Over the past quarter-century, the company has grown into a nationally recognised leader in delivering high-quality education and training programmes across multiple sectors.

One of the reasons for Acacia’s enduring impact is our commitment to our ESG values. This is fundamentally important to us that Acacia Training is rooted in strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values, too. That’s why we will be using this special year to shine a spotlight on our social impact and sustainability initiatives, reinforcing our aim to create a better future for learners and communities alike, and hoping that others share our passion for helping others.
Acacia Training has always been dedicated to empowering individuals through education and skills development, with an ethos built from the knowledge that education is the most powerful tool in supporting social mobility.

Our company has provided life-changing opportunities to over 30,000 individuals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in life and work. Acacia’s approach has always been learner-centric, ensuring that every individual receives the support they need to succeed—whether they’re entering the workforce for the first time, upskilling, or pursuing a career change. To create these opportunities, we work alongside organisations of all shapes and sizes helping them to progress and develop both themselves and their staff.

Our unwavering commitment to the ESG principles on which we were founded have helped us improve lives all over the world. As the company celebrates 25 years in business, we are doubling down on our efforts to create a positive social and environmental impact. From reducing our carbon footprint to supporting community initiatives, as members of local, national and global communities, we want to drive meaningful change.

We also recognise the urgent need to address climate change and environmental degradation and so as part of our ESG strategy, the company has implemented measures to reduce waste, increase energy efficiency, and promote sustainable practices across its operations. And at the very heart of Acacia Training’s mission is its dedication to social impact, with the company having a long history of supporting groups, individuals, initiatives, and communities.

A sharp focus on global initiatives is hugely important to us as a company. We support an embrace core UNSDG’s (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, also known as Global Goals) into our workplace culture and ethos. At Acacia Training, we:
• align our ‘Business for Good’ strategy with UNSDG 4
• align our strategy with MBH’s strategy and UNSDG’s 8, 10 & 13, and supported goals 3 & 5
• promote UNSDG’s with our learners, employers, partners and supply chain.
• embed UNSDG’s into our curriculum

2025….and beyond….
While the start of a new year is often a time for reflection and celebration, Acacia Training is firmly focused on the future. Over the coming months (and far beyond that) we are planning a series of events and initiatives that reflect our core values.
