Acacia Training was founded on the principle that we wanted to deliver training differently. Over 20 years later we are continuously looking at new and innovative ways of meet the needs of our learners and employers.

We improve peoples’ lives through delivery of quality education and empower them to be able to make choices. Our vision is to make education accessible to everyone, ensure opportunities for career progression and for ourselves and our learners to make a positive contribution to modern society.

About us – working for a better future

At Acacia we work alongside many different organisations to support our mission. We work to promote improved working environments within our own organisation and the wider workforce. Our links support health, wellbeing, equality and inclusion.

We are a preferred provider with Skills for Care, the sector skills council for adult social care.

Our status as a disability confident leader enables us to support our employees and promote inclusive and accessible recruitment.

We are proud to have trained over 150 mental health first aiders in conjunction in with Mental Health England.

Acacia have made a commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant to support those who have served in our armed forces.

We hold Silver accreditation with Healthworks, Stoke on Trent for workplace health and wellbeing.
