Professional Care Pathway – 4 – 6 Month Course Pathways (fully funded training)

In 2022, a Skills for Care report found that staff vacancies across the Care Sector had risen by 52% to 165,000 in 2021-22 – the largest annual increase since records began in 2012-13. Staff turnover rates over this period have also remained high at 29%.

In direct response, Acacia Training have developed the Professional Care Pathway, an innovative end to end recruitment and training solution to help tackle the immediate and longer-term capacity issues in social care.

The Pathway helps to attract more people to the sector and make it easier for the people who love working in social care to stay through investment in their career development.

Based on employer feedback, the pathway now also includes fully funded 4 and 6 month fast track to level 3 short course programmes.

This training is aimed at those who are new to care and want to get into the sector, enhance their career, and equip their staff with the skills and knowledge to deliver care to the highest standard.
